Born and raised in central Illinois, the people of this community are at the center of Nate’s purpose to improve quality of life. Nate lives in a rural community and enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and church family. He spends his spare time outdoors fishing, camping, and traveling.
He earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from OSF Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in 2016 and proceeded to study at Illinois State University-Mennonite College of Nursing finishing with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Nate’s career in healthcare has included long-term care, emergency services, and family practice. Having worked in a busy emergency department, Nate often experienced firsthand the difficult reality related to chronic disease and preventable diseases. Through quality and comprehensive primary care, he is dedicated to an integrated care model that decreases complications and improves outcomes. His goal, along with Solvera Health’s, is to serve the community around us with compassion, efficiency, and hospitality that reflects the values of our culture. He is thankful that God has given him this opportunity to serve our community!
