Shronda Phillips
Nurse Practitioner, Shronda Phillips, has roots firmly planted in Peoria, Illinois. Born and raised in Peoria, Shronda attended Manual High School, continued her education at Illinois Central College (East Peoria, IL), and attended Methodist School of Nursing (Peoria, IL) to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Her dedication to the community continued for over 20 years as a nationally certified medical surgical nurse and hospital RN. Shronda advanced her career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2016 and opened up the opportunity to serve a wide range of patients and needs, including veterans, School Nurse, correctional facilities, and nursing homes.
No matter the age, Shronda’s approach with patients is to treat the whole individual, not just the illness. Using traditional or alternative medicine options, she aims to resolve the immediate health concern as well as build daily wellness practices into the treatment plan. Outside the exam room, Shronda enjoys writing, traveling, and spending time with her 3 children and 9 grandchildren.
