Dr. Fox is a graduate of Creighton University (Omaha, Nebraska) where he got his Master’s in Biology. He obtained his medical degree at the Creighton University School of Medicine (Omaha, Nebraska) and completed his residency at the Michigan State University School of Medicine (Grand Rapids, Michigan).
