Welcome Dr. Hanson

Solvera Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Christopher Hanson.

Dr. Hanson will continue to support any existing patients who transfer to Solvera Health and will be accepting new patients.

Existing patients wishing to transfer will need to complete the appropriate new patient information and approve their medical records transfer.

Dr. Hanson will still refer to SIH Memorial and Marion Hospital as needed for specialists and hospitalizations.

For medication refills from Dr. Hanson:

We recommend that you contact your pharmacy and have them submit the refill request for you. Otherwise, call 618-457-4999 and speak to a Patient Advocate.

New Solvera Clinic Location

Solvera Health is currently in the process of purchasing a new clinic location at 2250 Reed Station Parkway in Carbondale.

We expect to relocate to the new location in early 2023. Patients will be notified of the relocation once all details have been confirmed.

Until then, Dr. Fasnacht and Dr. Hanson will continue to see patients at 721 S. Lewis Lane address.
