Amber Breitzman, APRN
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Urology and Sexual Health
Amber has worked in the medical field for nearly 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 from Bradley University (Peoria) and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Chamberlain College of Nursing (Chicago).
Amber has experience in pharmacy (inpatient, outpatient, and compounding), medical equipment, and ostomy/colostomy supplies. She served as a bedside nurse (OSF Level One Trauma Center Neurological ICU) and an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (OSF Urgent Care, Transitions Home Medical Group and Hospice, and Gateway River City & Generations and Healthcare Network). She most recently served as an APRN focused on urology and sexual health at Midwest Urological Group in Peoria.
Amber brings a high level of energy and personal care to her patients. Her true passion has always been to work with an extremely talented team and provide a sense of security to those in their most vulnerable time of need.
